My Silky Lucent Powder Naturactor Review

Happy weekend  readers!!

Today's product review is dedicated to my combination/ oily-skinned readers!  I have finally found this Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder that's housed in a very smart, no spill, no mess packaging!. So I have tried  so many loose powder before and you know guys! This Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder only give me satisfaction. Simply because it gives me flawless-sheer looking face, without making my skin looked like it is caked and plastered with makeup.I bought this Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder in this website www.naturactorfoundation.com

Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder  is a translucent powder that I used as a finisher. After doing my make-up regimen,I dab this using my favorite powder puff or any brush in my face to lock-in my make-up and prevent my face from being oily whole day. Smelling like a baby, and looking natural without that heavy make-up feeling. Making me look fresh all day long!It really does control my oilies very very well. I really recommend this Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder especially for those oily skin like me.

Pakaging

This Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder looks  like the handy Naturactor Cover Face (concealer) that I used too, but let us look it closer..

Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder, it comes with this plastic white pot.

This Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder it looks like when you open it.

This Naturactor Silky Lucent Powder perfectly sealed to avoid spillage of the micro powder content. it is very fine powder, like mineral make-up, but lighter when applied. And it smells fresh like baby powder. It feels like silk, and it blends and disappears into my skin seamlessly. No matter how much I applied, it never looked powdery or cakey.

It comes in three different shades; #31, #41, and #51.

I personally chose #31, because I tried all shades but this #31 is more fit on my skin tone.

#31 - For #131 or #141 concealer users. This is best for pinkish undertones, and the fairest of the three.

#41 - For #140 or #151 concealer users. This has yellowish powder finish and perfect for yellowish undertones.

#51 - For #151 concealer users. Can be used by medium to light skin color.

Lush Love Lettuce Fresh Face Mask Review

Last week I went to my Local Lush and sort of binged on their Fresh Face Masks.. I bought 5! :X This isn’t a practice I would normally do, nor do I recommend to the average customer, as their Fresh Face Masks (or FFM as I will call them for the rest of this review) are just that- FRESH, they need to be refrigerated and are only good for about 2 weeks after purchasing them (this is why you won’t find them on their website, only in real stores!) The reason I bought 5 is because I wanted to review them, and to be honest I wanted an excuse to try a good portion of them out, as I usually just stick to my favorites (Love Lettuce and Cupcake!)
Since the first time I tried it, Love Lettuce has been one of my favorite masks from Lush! It’s cooling, soothing, exfoliating, and softening.

As I’ve said before, I love that these need to be refrigerated because they feel super nice when you put them on your face :) I applied Love Lettuce to a freshly cleaned face and left it on for 10 minutes. This mask does dry and tighten on your face just a little bit while you leave it on, but not to the point where you feel like you can’t talk!
After the 10 minutes of leaving this on, I washed it off with warm water. I recommend washing it off section by section on your face, moving your fingers in a circular motion to take off the mask, as it has lots of little almond pieces that get all over if you wash it off how you might normally wash off a cleanser or mask.

Once removed, my face felt super smooth and I actually noticed that it took away quite a bit of redness from my face! My face looked and felt brighter and refreshed. I will mention though, after removing the mask and drying my face, my skin did feel a little tight, like I needed a light moisturizer.
This mask would be amazing for combo/oily skin, along with skin that has redness or breakouts! You can get it for $5.95 at your local Lush.

Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Lipstick Swatches

Oooh, I was soo excited when these came in the mail! I’ve never tried Shu anything before, and I’ve always heard hype about their lipsticks and lashes. If you saw my last Fierce Friday, I used a pair of their lashes, and they are sooo pretty!!
Here are some lip swatches using the lipsticks I got to try out. They’re super, super creamy and moisturizing, They come off a little sheer (at least the ones I have) but I still really like how they look! They kind of remind me of MAC’s Slimshines.

MAC, Naturally Collection- Summer Haze Mineralized Eyeshadow

Four Mineralized Eyeshadows were introduced in the MAC, Naturally Collection that came out earlier this month. The one I have to show you in this post is called Summer Haze, But I just want to call it Jupiter :) It has shimmery beiges and strong, bronze veining, it reminds me so much of the big red giant! What do you think?
Also- apologies for the not-as-clear-as-usual photos in this post! I swear, sometimes pictures look super clear on my camera, and it isn’t until AFTER I upload them that I see they aren’t. Live and learn I guess!

See what I mean? Maybe? no? :D

And of course, the aftermath of just one swatch-

Bye Bye pretty veining!

This swatches to a warm, golden bronze shade. If you’ve never used Mineralized Eyeshadows before, they are definitely interesting. You can use them wet straight from the pot (if you did this to a normal eyeshadow it would create a hardened area that wouldn’t pick up color and would have to be scratched away to use the shadow underneath). I kinda have a love/hate relationship with mineralized shadows. They are really fun to look at and I always think there is so much potential because they are all unique looking, but the results when actually USING them are always.. meh. It’s pretty, yes, but it isn’t nearly as nice as it is when you buy it and it’s untouched. For the price, I don’t think this shade is really worth it unless you collect mineralized products, or you just loooooove bronzes.
